  INTRODUCTION
    CTC series hot air circle oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The cirele system is fully sealed. IT makes the hot efficeiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%. The maximum hot efficency can be 50%. The successful design of CT-C series hot air circle oven makes the hot air circle oven catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad. It makes China save plenty of energy sorce and increase profit of enterprises, This model the industral standard RXH issued In 1990 by State Administration Bureau of Medicines. 
    It is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. 1. The heat source used for heating may be stem, electricity, far infrared, both steam and electricity.
2. Normal pressure of stem:0.02~0.8Mpa(0.2~8Kg/cm2).
3. Equipped electric heater: 15kw(calculated base on Model CT-C-I). In practice, 5~8kw/h.
4. Operation temperature: heating with steam, 50~140℃, Max.150℃; heating with electric or ar infrared 50~350℃
5. There is automatic control system and computer control system for customers to choose.
6. The size of drying trolly and baking pan of our factory is standardized. SO they can be replaced each other.

SPECIFICATIONS
   The equipment adapts KCK-F series ozone sterilizing apparatus that applies superior electric vacuum technique and the principle of ozone theory. Its function is as follows: the step-up transformer (electronics stimulator) can set up electric field. The negative voltage zone will be formed through electric discharge of two poles of vacuum tube. It can excite certain amount of oxygen in air to become ozone. The process of forming ozone can be summarized briefly as follows; the excited molecules product through non-elastic impact between accelerated electron and molecular decompose active particulars such as atom and free radical and through the act each other to form ozone.
    Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen. It consists of three atoms. Being the unique characteristics, it has strong capacity of sterilization and belongs to a high effective and broad-spectrum bactericide. Moreover ozone has certain purifying function to harmful gases in air and can make air produce certain amount of nascent oxygen. For example, ozone can act with nitrous oxide to form oxygen and nitrogen dioxide. At the same time nitrogen dioxide acts with oxygen atom to form nitrous oxide and oxygen. In a word, ozone is a catalyst of nitrous oxide an nitrogen dioxide.
    KCF-F series ozone sterilizing apparatus can produce ozone with certain concentration. It has strong oxidization and destroyed property to the inner structure of microbiology such as bacteria, virus and so on. There fore it can Kill many viruses such as propagula of bacteria, virus and epiphyte of gemma hepatitis A and hepatitis B, protozoan cytocyst and so on. Meanwhile ozone also has strong function to remove organic peculiar smell such as mildew, fishy smell, odor and so on. It also has fresh preserving function to vegetables and fruits. SPECIFICATIONS
    The heat air of air stream penetration drier passes through up and low raw material pan. It can heat the raw material in the pan fully. SO it raises the dry speed of raw material greatly. Compared with the traditional oven , its dry speed has raised 3~8 times. Meanwhile it changes the direction of hot air circle in time, therefore the temperature of raw material in the pan is uniform. DW Series Belt Type Drier

  INTRODUCTION
    The raw material can be spread on the conveyer belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt, pulverizer or granulator. The conveyor passes one channel or several channels consisting of heating unit. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp exhaust system. When the conveyor passes it, hot air passes through raw material from up to low or from low to up. In this way it makes raw material dry uniformly. 
    The belt drier is a usual continuous dry one. It can be wide used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction material industry, electronics industry and so on. Particularly it is suit able to dry the raw materials of sheet, strip or granule that are good in air permeability. For the paste substance of filter cakes, it is better to fry them first to make them become granule or strip through granulator.

  INTRODUCTION
    Organic compounds: Fenatrol (insecticide of agrochemicals), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.
Dyestuff: anthraquinone, black ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, all kinds of intermediate of azo dye-stuff.
Inorganic compounds: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfide, ferrc oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, all kind of metallic hydroxide, all kinds of heavy metallic salt, synthetic cryolite and so on. Ceramics: kaoline, silicone trioxide, clay and so on. Foodstuff: soy protein, agglomerative starch, lees, triticin, wheat starch and so on.


SPECIFICATIONS
    Hot air enters into siring and crushing and drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with suitable atomizing speed. It experts strong shearing blowing floating and rotating effect to raw material. Therefore raw material is granulated through centrifuge, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the process of  heat exchange. At the bottom of dryer, the large and damp granule is crushed under the action of stirrer and the granule that is small in particle and contain less moisture will lift accompanied with revolving air stream. During the period of lift, it is dried further. Because two phases gas and solid of flow in rotating and the inertia of solid phase is more than that of gas and the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is more than that of gas and the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is large. So it strengthens the process of heat exchange. Therefore the machine has strong drying capacity .
 
FEATURES
  • Because the raw material particulate exists in high dispersing state caused by centrifuge, shearing, impacting and rubbing effect. Moreover the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is high, so it strengthens the process of heat exchange. Therefore the machine has strong drying capacity;
  • Dry gas enters into the bottom of drier and produces strong rotating air stream that exerts strong rushing effect to raw material on the wall, therefore the phenomenon of adhesive wall is removed;
  • At the bottom of drier, where is high temperature area, heat sensitivity raw material can not contact with heat surface directly, therefore it solves the carbonized and changed color problems of heat sensitivity raw material;
  • Because gas speed at circle inside the drying chamber is high and the staying time of raw material is short, high efficiency and quick speed can be realized. It is possible for small equipment to carry our large-scale production;
  • There are rotational flow pieces inside the drying chamber. It is used to control the moisture and granule of raw material to the needed level.

INTRODUCTION
    The working principle of FG series air stream drier is to make that damp raw material drying is finished through two steps. First raw material is dried through mixed air of high temperature tail air that had been used in 2nd grade drying and supplemented fresh hot air. The used tail air is exhausted to outside. The dried semi-finished product is dried through fresh hot air at the condition of negative pressure. The dried finished product is measured and packaged. The good circle drying process is finished. The supplemented hot air can be adjusted freely in accordance with the needs. So the adaptability of machine is wide.

It is an apparatus using high-speed centrifuge atomize to make raw material distribute in fog that contacts with hot air fully and finish the dry momentarily and form powder finished product.
The special drier for immersed ointment of tredifJonal Chinese medicine is used to solve immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and extracted liquid of plant. It selves the conditions existed in origina( LPG high-speed atomizing dryer.

INTRODUCTION
    LPG series high-speed centrifuge atomizing drier is a special equipment and is suitable for drying emulsion, suspending liquid, liquor and so on. Particularly it has unique advantage for drying polymaers and resins; dyestuff and pigment; ceramics, glass; derust agent; pesticide; carbohydrate, dairy products; detergent and surfactant; fertilizer, organic compound, inorganic compound and so on.  
PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    Airisturned into hot air through air filter and heater and enter sin to hot air distributor at the top of dry chamber and then enters into dry cham berspirally and evenly,At the same time liquid of raw material is sent to centrifugal atomizer at the top of dry chamber pumped by pump through
filter, In which liquid of raw material atomizes ting droplets. Air and liquid of raw material flows and contacts each other fully. The moisture vaporizes rapidly. Liquid of raw material is dried into finished product in a short time.
Tile finished product is discharged through cyclone separator at the bottom of drier. The wasted air is exhausted through fan.

FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT

INTRODUCTION
    The machine adapts full seal form. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grades. Automatic washing device is installed the place where passes raw material. It belongs to vertical falling air combined type pressure atomizing drier. Its wall of high pressure pump for raw material supplying, the atomizing pressure can reach 1~20Mpa. It can meet the requirement for drying immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine containing 20~30% of solid content. The acerage size of finished product will be 40~120% mesh. Because its size is large, the granulating procedure can save and the one-step drying can be realized. Meanwhile it can also returen the powder to franulate again in order to increase the size of granule and decrease the ratio of powder in finished and make the franule uniform. The bulk density of finished product is small. Its dispersivity, fluidity and solubility are good. It is suitable for making drinking agent, power agent or capsule raw material medicine of traditional Chinese medicines or compound products.  
PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    The broad-spectrum high-pressure atomizing drier is an application of pressure atomizing drying technology is pecial raw material. That is to say, it is a dry apparatus to send raw material to the nozzle through high-pressure pump and make raw material distributing fog that contacts with parallel stream hot air fully. In this way the dry is finished momentarily and the finished momentarily and the finished product of powder or granule is formed.
The differences between broad-spectrum high-pressure atomizing drier and ordinary pressure drier are as follows: it adapts primary, middle and high effect three-grade filter, low temperature of hot air, there for it can prevent from the effective ingredient of traditional Chinese medicines to volatilize and decompose. INTRODUCTION
    The set is an apparatus that can finish drying and granulating at the same time. The needed ball granule with certain size and ratio can be got in accordance with requirements of process to adjust pressure, flow, and size of atomizing hole.
    The working process of set is as follows: the liquid of raw material is pumped in through high-pressure pump. The liquid of raw material atomizes small drops. Then it gathers with hot air and fall off. Most parts of powder material will be collected through the outler of discharge at the bottom. The wasted air and fine powder will be separated through cyclone. The wasted air will be exhausted through draught fan and powder will be collected through collector at the bottom of cyclone. At the outlet it can also be equipped with two grades of duster. It ratio of recover will be over 96-98%.
    The tower body , pipes, separator of set where will contact with raw material are made of SUS304. There is enough layer of heat preservation between inner and outer case of tower body. The filled material is fine glass cotton. The tower body is also be equipped with observaton door, sight glass, lamp-house and control meters and instruments that is controlled and displayed through electric control panel.
    The heat source of set may be steam or electric heater. Its features are convenient in operation, quick in start, compact, clean of hot air and so on. Moreover being installed control and regulating device inside electric control cabinet, the inlet temperature can be controlled through stepless regulation. The steam, coal fuel or oil fuel can be applied to the place where has not electricity. It can replace electric heating locally or fully. The factory can provide different heating way in accordance with the practical condition of customer.

FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT
    The dry speed is fast. The surface area of raw material liquid after atomized will be increased greatly. 95-98% of moisture can be evaporated at moment. The time to finish dry needs about ten seconds to several tens seconds. It is suitable for drying thermal sensitivity material particularly.
The finished product is ball granule with uniform size. Its quality is good. Solubility are good. The purity of product is high and its quality is good.
Its operation is simple and stable and its control is simple and convenient and is easy to realize automatic operation.

Granulating through atomizing dry: chemical industry: organic catalyst, resin, ynthetic washing powder, oils, thiamin, dyestuff, intermediate of dyestuff, white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate and so on.1. INTRODUCTION
    Vacuum dry is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition heating and drying .It used vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working chamber form vacuum status. Therefore the dry speed pf raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
    Vacuum dry is divided into static and dynamic drier. Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belongs to static drier. Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier belongs to dynamic drier. When raw material is dried in static drier, raw material is in static state and its shape can not destroy. Before drying, it can carry out the treatment of disinfection. When raw material is dried in dynamic drier, raw material is turned over ceaselessly. S0 it can be dried better and more uniformly.
    In the state of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will be dropped. Therefore it is suitable for drying raw materials that are unstable or thermal sensitive. The vacuum drier also has good air-tightness. So it is also suitable for drying raw materials that contain strong irritative and toxic gases and the solvent needs to recover.
   The vacuum drier has been wide used for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry and so on. Air is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.

INTRODUCTION
Boiling drier is also called as fluidized-bed. It consists of air filter, heater, fluidized-bed main machine, feeder, cyclone separator, cloth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan and operation table. Because the properties of raw materials exist difference, when equip the dust removing equipment, it should consider the practical need,. It can select cyclone separator and cloth bag duster at the same time or one of tem. In general speaking, it needs to select cyclone spearator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw materials that is light in specific gravity. Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for selection.
    Separated granule solid raw material is fed into fluidized-bed drier through feeder. Fresh air through filtering and heating is sent to the bottom of fluidized -bed by fan and contacts with solid raw material on distributing plate. In this way the fluidized state is formed and the heat exchange between air and solid is carried out. The dried raw material is dischargd from outlet and wasted gas is exhausted from the top of fluidized-bed where catches solid powder through cyclone spearator, cloth bag duster.
    Steam, electricity or hot air furnace can be used (it can be supplied as request)
    It is suitable for drying separated granule such as, raw material of pharmaceutical industry, tablet, tablet, tablet of drink of Chinese traditional medicines; plastic resin, citric acid, other powder and granule of chemical industry, powder of drink, corn embryo feed of foodstuff industry and so on. The Max diameter of raw material to be dried will 6 mm and the best diameter will be 0.5~3 mm.

  INTRODUCTION
    The machine is made up of mainframe and donkey. The mainframe is used for extruded--rounded palletizing; the donkey is used for preparation soft material and tail wind decontaminate. During the process of palletizing ,at first made the basic remedy and supplemen tary materials to soft material that have certain water content by donkey, and then extruded the soft material to stick by extrusion device, finally rolled the stick to bolus by rounded equipment.
     
The machine is suitable for production pill in pharmaceutical industry and is also suitable for production spherical particle in foods tuffindustry and chemical industry.   

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Matching of the equipment is perfect. Extrusion device and rounded equipment are assembled on the table - board of the mainframe,aerate and electrical equipment etc is fixed in cupboard; damp agitate granulator is built on table-board of the donkey, dust collection ishided in cupboard, the two units which compose a suit of complete granulation units is connected by pipe casting.
  • The chamber of rounded equipment is taper, it can shove rotating charge bank to the middle of the rounded plate, so that the efficiencycan be improved.
  • The chamber and the cover are connected by hinge, and they are strained by shortcut clasp, adding power equipment, spray gun fastener, form, sample scoop etc are fixed on the cover of the rounded equipment, by doing this, it is convenient for operation, adjust and rinse.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    Put certain amount of powder raw material into the fluidized bed as crystal seeds. Meanwhile liquid raw material is pumped into the atomizer. First most parts of moisture are removed through contacting with air with high temperature momentarily and the residual moisture is removed at the bottom of fluidized bed with low temperature. At the same time the granulating is finished too.

  SCOPE OF APPLICATION

  SCOPE OF APPLICATION
◆ Raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary drier, the energy can be saved about 30%.
◆ The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life;
◆ The fluidized state is stable and no dead angle and phenomenon of broken out;
◆ lt is good in regulation and wide in suitability. The thickness of raw mated at layer and movable speed inside the machine and the amplitude can be adjusted through continues variable speed.
◆ It is small for damaging the surface of raw material The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can net be affected even if raw materials have anomalous shape;

PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    Raw material is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fiuidized - bed and carries out heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone separator and duster and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

  INTRODUCTION
◆ The hot air will pass through the layer of material for many times and pass in the counter direction with material. The efficiency of heat and mass transmission is rather high ( Compared with ordinary fluidized bed drier, it is more than 2 times).
◆ The structure of complete machine is compact and the occupied is small.
◆ lt has less damage to the shape of material. Not only it guarantees the roundness of round material but also reduces the broken rate of material.
◆ lt can be operated continuously and has no worry of cross poilution and is in conformity with the requirements of "GMP"
FEATURES
◆ The vibration part is limited at the inner bed where is contacted
with material . The outer case cannot be vibrated . Not only it can save the power of vibration motor (1/3 of energy can be saved)but also the consumption caused by wear of outer case is reduced.
◆ There are two symmetrical doors at the box. It can be cleaned on line convenient , it is in conformity with the requirements of "GMP".
◆ lt can be disassembled and assembled. Therefore it is very conv enient for transportation and installation.
◆ The features above mentioned is unique of ours and have patent right.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
   The dryer is ideal drying equipment for quickly drying pill of traditional Chinese medicine , plastics granule, foodstuff which appear granule, short waist shape or ball-shaped materiaL.
PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    Wet material will be fed from feed port at top to helix and bed belt and make jumping motion caused by vibration and contacts with hot air widely from up to down and carry out heat and mass
transmission . The vaporized moisture will be exhausted along with hot air from the top . The dried rnateriai will flow out from the discharge mouth . The principle is as the following drawing.
